The plan is to build 125 dwellings, 60 bedroom care home and scout hut. This application is due to be presented to the forthcoming meeting of the Council’s Development Management Committee at 7.30pm on 28 July 2022 in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City AL8
6AE. The understanding is that a decision will not be made on this date.

Letters have been sent out to ask people directly affected by the planning application to consider whether they wish to speak at the Committee Meeting.
